Dr. Rajeev Bhagat, MLA Bishnah Assembly constituency, held a Public Darbar at the J&K BJP Headquarters, Trikuta Nagar, Jammu.
The Public Darbar witnessed the participation of a large number of residents, and deputations from different parts of Jammu.
Deputations from Slair, Nandpur, Tarachak, Bahadurpur, Gangyal, Resham Ghar, Gandhi Nagar, and other areas of Jammu visited BJP headquarter to share their issues. Deputations shared their concerns regarding development of Kabir Mandir, Slair, erratic power supply, irregular water supply, requirement of transformer, requirement of electric poles, construction of lanes & drains, installation of street lights, repair of leakage in PHE pipes and other issues. Dr. Rajeev Bhagat gave a patient hearing to all the deputations. He assured them that the BJP is committed to delivering results and resolving genuine public issues in a time-bound and transparent manner. Immediate issues were taken up on the spot through direct phone calls to relevant departmental officials. For issues that require more sustained follow-up, Dr. Bhagat issued written representations which were subsequently forwarded to the concerned authorities for appropriate and timely action. While addressing the gathering, Dr. Bhagat reaffirmed the Modi Government’s unwavering dedication to the holistic and inclusive development of Jammu and Kashmir. He stressed that the BJP follows the working principle of direct public interaction, transparency, and accountability. “Public Darbars like this serve as platforms to build trust and ensure that people’s voices are heard directly by their elected representatives and get their issues resolved,” he added.
