District Election Officer, Indu Kanwal Chib today felicitated, Dushal Sharma, the winner of voting promotional video making contest conducted by the district administration.
The contest was launched by the district administration for young voters to produce promotional videos to encourage youngsters to vote. The video by Dushal Sharma, a student of Government Degree College Reasi, was judged as the best and rewarded with a momento and a cash prize of Rs 5000. Congratulating the winner, the DEO said that more youth need to come forward to spread awareness about voting rights.
