A Press Conference was held by the Ex-Central Paramilitary Forces Welfare Association met at Hotel Ashoka Airlines Jammu on 28th February 2020 at 12 Noon and in the press conference Sh. Darshan Kumar Chauhan General Secretary of the Association spoken with the Media persons and in the press conference the following demands were highlighted for its redressal by the Government of India for which the association is making every efforts since long.
Grant of similar benefits to the BSF,ITBP and NSG being all coming under the section 4 of Act, 1968 which too has been defined by the Ministry of Home Affairs GOI..
Frame separate armed Force Services and pension rules instead of CCS Rules and exempt from New pension scheme (NPS) being Armed Forces.
One-Rank-One pension (OROP) similar to Defense Forces, CSD Canteen facilities instead of Central Police Canteen (CPC) at State/District Level.
Extend proper Medical treatment facilities at District Level.
Extend all post Retirement benefits on declaration of Ex-CAPF Status similar to Defense Force Ex-servicemen/windows and dependants.
.Restorations of stopped pension/Grant pension of BSF personnel resigned under BSF Rule 19 as per assurance/clarification of MHA and BSF authorities.
Paramilitary service pay (PMSP) to serving CPMF personnel similar to MSP (Pensionable).
Appointment of High Level Committee headed by Retired Judge to study and recommend the entire problems faced by CPMF serving/Retired CPMF personnel by making appropriate Act, Rules and regulations through appropriate platforms.
Grant of First ACP to Head Constable and 2nd ACP to constable to the post of Sub-Inspector in Accordance with original scheme of ACP 1999 as the same has kept pending by the BSF the same should be implemented on priority basis.
