Today a awareness camp regarding Forest fire prevention is organized by forest department at Tutan Di Khui Bajalta in the supervision of Sat Paul Divisional Forest Officer Jammu and Varinder Manhas Range Officer Bahu.
The camp was hosted at Block office Bajalta here Rakeshwar Singh Block Forest Officer Bajalta interacted with large number of public of said block.Forest officials gave a detailed lecture over prevention of forest fire.
They also told general public about the reasons of forest fire.
Forest Officials said that forest department needs cooperation of general public at mass level to control forest fire .

They also told the public about steps to follow for prevention of forest fire. Forest officials of forest department who took part in the camp included Rajesh Singh Baloria,Lakhvinder Singh, Abdul Naheem ,Sikandar Singh ,Sardar Ali , Parveel Chand and others .
Representatives of local area including Aithem , Bajalta,Dhoon ,Pacholi,Sidhra ,Dargair also participated in the camp.
