Government Girls High School Pouni celebrated International Red Cross Day in its school premises under the guidelines of BS Jaral Chief Education Officer Reasi here today.
On the occasion, students presented their views in the symposium on “Together for Humanity” theme followed by poster making and awareness rally taken out in the local periphery raising slogans based on the objectives of Red Cross Society for the welfare of Humanity.Program was organized under the stewardship of Sanjeev Kumar Sharma In charge CCA.
Nancy Devi,Pallavi Thakur, Surbhi Sharma, Ishika Khajuria, Rahat Sharma, spoke on the theme.Vaishno Devi HM of the institution while speaking on the occasion asked the students to remain active in Cocurricular activities too simultaneously with their routine class work.Rasveer Singh, Ujagar Singh, Daleep Kumar,Samrender Kumar,Laxmi Devi, Reenu Devi and Sanjeev Kumar also spoke on the occasion.
