The “AYURDIKSHA” 15-day Induction Program for the 1st Professional BAMS students of the 2024-2025 session began on 11th November 2024 and will continue until 28th November 2024.
On 21st November 2024, as part of this program, a guest lecture was delivered by Dr. Abhishek Sharma, a renowned “Ksharsutra Specialist.” Dr. Sharma discussed the significance of Ayurveda and provided an in-depth explanation of Ksharsutra therapy. Additionally, he demonstrated the practical application of mantra chikitsa (healing through mantras).
The session was held at JIAR and was part of the Transitional Curriculum for the first-year BAMS students. After the lecture, Dr. Sharma was honored and thanked by the management of JIAR for his valuable insights and words of encouragement to the students.
