Jammu East former MLA & senior BJP leader Rajesh Gupta held a meeting today to finalise the preparations for the upcoming Maha Dharam Sabha at Parade on 16th December.
Rajesh Gupta while speaking on the occasion appealed to all the Jammuites to participate in large numbers in the Maha Dharam Sabha. Rajesh Gupta said that the life of Bhagwan Ram Chandra Ji was a living example of Dharma and Karma and he set the highest standards of noble human conduct. We all have to emulate the path shown by Bhagwan Ram to achieve success and fulfilment in our lives.
Rajesh Gupta appealed to all the shopkeepers to decorate their shops in order to increase the grandeur of the procession on the ocassion.
Rajesh Gupta said that Jammu is a city of great religio cultural significance and there is a tremendous potential for temple tourism in our area. He said that Mata Vaisno Devi attracts in excess of ten million pilgrims every year and contribute immensely to the economy of the state as such there is a need to develop more such places. Shiv Khori, Budda Amarnath and Machail Mata yatra has huge potential in this regard and need to be developed further.
