In order to aware the police officers/officials on accounts related issues, Police Technical Training Institute (PTTI) Vijaypur organized a Lecture on topic “Accounts Procedure adopted in the Govt. Offices” at PTTI Vijaypur on today.
Shri Ashok Kumar JKPS, SSP Principal PTTI Vijaypur welcomed Shri O.P. Gupta, Retd. Director Finance J&K Govt. who was invited as Guest Speaker on this occasion. Ashok in his inaugural address said that Shri O.P Gupta is a Retd. KAS Officer who joined Govt. services as Accounts Officer in the year 1972 and retired in the Year 2003 as Director Funds (Finance Department), J&K Government.
He said Gupta after his Govt. service has also worked as Director Finance in Shri Mata Vaishno Devi Shrine Board University and also delivers valuable lecturers in IMPA from time to time.
Shri O.P. Gupta who while addressing the police officers, staff and trainees shared his valuable experiences on the relevant topic relating to accounts affairs and management and highlighted the ways how to remain cautious, judicious and transparent while handling such affairs. He also replied to the queries raised by the officers/officials during lecture. In the end, Shri Ashok Kumar, Principal and Smt. Manjit Kour, Vice Principal PTTI Vijaypur presented a Memento to the Guest Speaker and thanks him for sparing his valuable time.

Hemanshu Sunil Mahajan, Inspr. Jatinder Singh (RI), Inspr. Ashok Singh, Inspr. Yashpaul Singh, Inspr Kushwant Singh, Inspr. Manoj Bali, Inspr. Sunil Kumar and others were present on the occasion.
