Satguru Sh. Madhu Paramhans Ji Maharaj, while unfolding the secrets related to the spiritual world at Govt. school ground Satwari, Jammu with great devotion the devotees listened to the spiritual discourse of his holiness, Madhu Param hans ji Maharaj, the spiritual head of the Sahib Bandgi panth.
At the end of Satsang a Bhandara was also organized.
Delivering his holy sermons Sahib ji said that the practice of holding Satsangs began after the appearance of Sahib Kabir on this earth. That is why, he is called as the Sant Samrat & the very mine of saints. Before the appearance of Sahib Kabir there were many modes of worship prevalent in the world. People performed worships in different ways. Importance was attached to acts of charity, performing of yog & visiting of holy places. But all these worships were within the limit of Kaal Niranjan alone.
First of all Sahib Kabir gave to the world the message of Satguru Bhakti which alone is the real form of Bhakti. He gave to the world the message of Amarlok that is far beyond the limit of 3 lokas.
Describing Vihangam Marg, Sar Nam & the Satguru as far beyond the Meen & Papeel Marg & the only mode of attaining salvation, he brought a revolution in the field of worship. Along with giving the message of true Bhakti, Kabir Sahib also gave the message of humanism.
During the course of Satsang Sahib ji said that a guru mukh Satsangi should always follow the principles laid down by the Satguru. He always obeys the dictates of his guru & doesn’t get entangled in the unreal material comforts & positions. One who remains drowned in the satisfaction of choicest foods & in enjoyments of other material things, can’t be called as the Gurumukh. This is because he remains absorbed in decorating his body to attract others.
As such, a true Guru mukh should live on simple diet & should lead a simple life along with keeping his concentraion fixed at the Satguru.
