Veer Ji Hangloo, presently serving as Mission Director, ICDS, J&K, took over additional charge of the Managing Director, Jammu & Kashmir, Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes & Backward Classes Corporation Limited.
Veer Ji Hangloo was welcomed at Corporation Head Office by the Vice Chairperson, Balbir Ram Rattan, along with officers of the Corporation, including G.Q. Khatana, General Manager, Mohd. Iqbal Kataria, Manager Projects, Anil Gupta, Manager Finance, Kasturi Lal Bhagat, Manager Recoveries, Anu Gupta, Section Officer, Sanjeev Dogra and Manoj Kumar, both Assistant Accounts Officers, Rupali Langer, Technical Supervisor, Babar Wani, Accountant Divisional Office, Kashmir and all other officials.
On assuming charge as Managing Director, Hangloo, took a brief introductory meeting regarding working of the Corporation and asked the officials to continue their efforts and work with dedication for socio-economic upliftment of the Target Groups.
The Managing Director referred the old saying “WORK IS WORSHIP”. He ensured the Vice Chairperson of the Corporation of giving due time to the working of the Corporation as long as he is holding this charge.
Vice Chairperson, on this occasion, assured the MD that he will get full Co-operation in his working as Head of the organization from his chair and the entire team of the Corporation. Veer Ji Hangloo also discussed the issues with the Vice Chairperson, which will come up for discussion during the Study Visit of the Parliamentary Standing Committee on Social Justice and Empowerment in the State and issued instructions to the officers of the Corporation to be prepared with all the requisite information for the Committee.
