On August 13, 2024, the Chenab Gunners of the Indian Army conducted the Har Ghar Tiranga Rally at Chowki Choura to celebrate national pride and unity.
The event aimed to reinforce patriotic sentiments and encourage widespread participation in national events. The rally began at the Government Emergency Hospital Chowki Choura and concluded at the Government Higher Secondary School, Chowki Choura. Around 150 participants were involved, including staff from various administrative departments such as BDO, SDM, Tehsildar, and ZEO, as well as personnel from the Government Emergency Hospital. Additionally, 100 students from the Government Higher Secondary School joined in, all carrying Indian flags. The rally proceeded smoothly, with participants marching in high spirits, reflecting a strong sense of community and national pride. The well-organized event successfully fostered a sense of unity and patriotism among the attendees.
