Thyroid is an important part of the endocrine system. It secretes thyroid hormone which maintains metabolic activities in our body. Hypothyroidism

Symptoms show a decrease in metabolism, with the slowing of mental and physical activity. Patients may experience a variety of different symptoms such as sensitivity to cold, dryness of the skin, Constipation, Anorexia, Angina pain, Anemia and disordered menstrual function. Hyperthyroidism

· Jalkumbhi and drumstick help in improving the level of iodine in the body.

· Avoid eating raw vegetables in raw form, especially Kale, Brussels sprouts, Broccoli and Cauliflower.
