In a bid to foster peace and tranquility amidst recent tensions due to terrorist activities, the Indian Army, in collaboration with the residents of Bani, celebrated International Yoga Day with great enthusiasm. The event aimed to promote physical and mental well-being through yoga, providing a sense of comfort and assurance to the local populace.
The celebration saw active participation from the public, with the Indian Army playing a pivotal role in organizing the yoga sessions. The event featured renowned Yog Guru Sh. Gulzari Ji from Bani, who guided the attendees through various yoga postures and breathing techniques, emphasizing the importance of yoga for overall health.
