Part of the annual calendar of activities, inter-school competitions cum trials of Gandhi Nagar Zone of the Department of Youth Services and Sports (DYSS) concluded today different venues, here.
The whole activity in the disciplines of Fencing, Taekwondo, Judo, Wushu and Table Tennis took place under the overall supervision by Zonal Physical Education Officer (ZPEO), Gandhi Nagar, ChanderKanta at Shooting Hall and Government High School complex in Deeli.In the concluding function, Assistant Director (DYSS), Mool Raj was chief guest while District Officer (DYSS) Jammu, Sukhdev Raj Sharma was guest of honour. In total, around 50 boys and girls drawn from different educational institutions of zone Gandhi Nagar participated in these events. The competition was technically supervised by Varinder Sharma, Mukta Gupta, Ujjwal Gupta, Shifali Gupta, Mousmi Verma, Anthony Mattoo and Tonny Mattoo.
