Jahnavi Dhanrajgir is slated to make her acting debut as the female lead in Bolo Hau- Say yes to love. She started out as a film editor and has worked as an assistant editor on super hit Bollywood movies like Sultan, Gunday and Kick. She started working in the film industry as an Editor when she was 15 years old. She is the daughter of yesteryear actor Tarun Dhanrajgir (Tarun played the role of Darcy in the Indian version of Pride of Prejudice aired on Doordarshan in 1985. Recently she opens up and shared details about her character and upcoming projects. It is a fun loving, family entertainer. The whole idea of this film is that when audiences walk out of the movie, they should be happy and smiling. Bolo Hau narrates the story of Salman, the son of a small-time dealer in antiques and Rukhsar, born to a family of Nawabs, they meet at a common friend’s wedding and end up falling in love with each other. The movie is a complete package of wholesome entertainment with foot tapping songs, dance, drama and lots of humour.It was exciting to work with Ankit, and was fascinating to watch him bring Salman’s character to life. While there was so much going on, one thing that intrigued me was how he conducts himself on sets. I am also very sure that the audiences would love the chemistry of Salman & Rukhsar.I didn’t encounter any such obstacles during the shoot but yes one of the biggest challenges was to get the Hyderabadi accent right, Hyderabadi Urdu has a unique quality; I spent a lot of time interacting with and observing people in Hyderabad to correctly capture its nuances.
