JAMMU, Oct 06:
Jammu district bagged overall championship trophy in the inter-district divisional level Shooting (boys and girls) Championship held under the banner of Department of Youth Services and Sports (DYSS) at shooting range of International Delhi Public School (IDPS), here today.
The overall runners-up trophy went to district Doda.
In all, school going shooters from five districts of Jammu took part in this competition held under the guidance of technical penal of DYSS.
Earlier, during the competition, former Minister, Priya Sethi interacted with the participants.
The Zonal Physical Education Officer (ZPEO) RS Pura, Chander Kanta and Randeep Wazir (Principle of IDPS, Jammu) were among those prominent present.
