Jammu East MLA and party Chief Whip Rajesh Gupta toured the various areas of Ward no 5 and 6 in his constituency.
The tour was undertaken to inspect the developmental works taking place in the area and also to give fresh impetus to the works under progress.
The officials who accompanied the MLA included Xen UEED Taj Chowdhry,AEE Ashwani Khajuria, JE Sanjeev Mahajan, DFO Anoop Soni, Xen JMC Arun Gupta, AEE Anil Gupta,JE R.K.Koul,AEE PHE Vijay Sharma,AEE PDD Ritnesh Puri and AEE Tourism Rafiq.
Rajesh Gupta while speaking on the occasion instructed the officials to make the Wazarat Road as a model lane.Rajesh Gupta exuded confidence that the developmental works undertaken by him would serve as a landmark for the new Corporators.
He said that the mantra of sab ka saath sab ka vikaas has been appreciated by every section of the society as it has led to the comprehensive development of all the areas in his constituency.
Rajesh Gupta while addressing the rally said that BJP would come out with flying colours in the recent elections and we would get another opportunity to serve the people of the state at the grass root levels also.
Rajesh Gupta also recalled his days when he had also served as the Corporator from the Dalpatian Mohalla and as a result of his performance was rewarded by the people of the Jammu East constituency by making him MLA from the same area.
