Bringing laurels to the City of Temples, Mrs Anupam Khosla, a young woman from Channi Himmat locality of Jammu, has won the runner up trophy in the recently-held beauty pageant “Wogish Fashion Fiesta Miss India-2019” event in Jaipur, Rajasthan.
A total of 3694 contestants from all over the country tried their luck for Mrs India contest. All the contestants went through rigorous selection process of auditions, profile selection, introduction videos and voting. In the end, 10 contestants were short-listed for finals.
The grand finale of the event was held at Heiwa Heaven Resort Jaipur on February 2. Before the grand finale, there were a number of rounds, interviews, display your talent and state representation etc.
Anupam Khosla, who was representing Jammu and Kashmir, was adjudged runner up in the mega event and she will represent India for Mrs India International Pageant in an event to be held in Jakarta, Indonesia in June this year.
“It is a matter of great pleasure and I feel privileged on this achievement. The credit of this success goes to my family, friends, well wishes and all supporters who have supported me all through this journey,” Anupam said.
She hoped that it will be a great honour for her to represent the country at the international level to be held in Indonesia in the mid of this year.
