Appreciating Youth Ram Leela Natak Club for staging their annual Ram Leela in Janipur area, President Civil Society for Development of J&K (CSD J&K) Puneet Singh Jamwal today said by keeping the tradition alive youth of this club are doing a great job and need all appreciation. He said while more people are moving towards silver screens seeing youth perform traditional Ram Leela is a delight. Puneet Singh Jamwal was speaking at an event to mark annual Ram Leela at Janipur today. Congratulating Ashwani Kumar President, Gourav Kumar Vice president, Kuldeep Kumar Chairman, Rishi Director and Satpal Cashier for their relentless efforts in staging Ram Leela without any break, Puneet Singh Jamwal said such young artists’ interest shows their desires and wishes besides a never dying spirit to keep our tradition and rich heritage alive.
Appreciating hard work done by artists, Puneet Singh Jamwal said more and more people must watch annual Ram Leela and also contribute in making it more attractive. He lauded the efforts of youth club in buying dresses and articles, managing stage, engaging artists and also managing crowds to hold annual Ram Leela in most articulate manner.
He asked people to bring in their children to watch such events and make them aware of their intangible heritage and culture which is being staged by Youth Ram Leela Natak Club ably. Extending his help to the club the Civil Society for development of J and K president said such events should be encouraged to keep the tradition alive.
