JAMMU, Oct 30:
The under-14 state boys’ team today left for participation in the 65th National School Games (NSG) to be held at Imphal in Manipur from November four to November eight. The team comprised 12 boys from Kashmir Division and other six from Jammu. Earlier, inter-division state level competition held under the banner of Department of Youth Services and Sports (DYSS) at KC Public School (KCPS) grounds, here followed by the selection process and coaching camp. In the state level competition, both the matches won by the Kashmir Division beating Jammu 3-0 and 2-0.
Earlier, the Director General DYSS, Saleem Ur Rehman made the stay of young footballers comfortable at the KC Sports Club where the boys attended the camp availing the state of the art infrastructural facilities.
