JAMMU, Nov 20:
Jammu and Kashmir Badminton Association today finalised the state Sub-junior (under-15) team for participation in National Championship slated to be held at Bangalore in Karnataka from November 27 to December two.
Earlier, during the day, the selected boys and girls underwent screening test conducted by the committee set up for the purpose by J&K State Sports Council (JKSSC) comprising Ravi Singh, (Divisional Sports Officer), Satish Gupta (Manager Indoor Sports complex) and Ashok Singh (Manager MA Stadium).
Among the others present were Balbir Jamwal (general secretary JKBA), Satpal Sharma (SAI Badminton Coach) and Lalit Arora. The team, accompanied by Fyaz Ahmad as manager and Sandeep Kour as lady coach, shall leave for the venue on November 23.
The Team: Under-15: Aesh Goswami, Sehdev Singh, Dheeraj Mohan Sharma. Girls:
Unnati Jaral, Snowy Goswami, Pranjal Sharma. Under -17: Boys: Puranjay Sharma, Sarabpreet Singh, Yashdeep Singh. Girls: Poorvi Singh, Satuti , Charvi Arora.
