The Jammu and Kashmir Batwal Sabha members today met Mr Sham Lal Kaith and complimented him for occupying the most prestigious position of Station House Officer (SHO), Kahna Chack and performing the duties with good manners.
While speaking, JKBS General Secretary R.L.Kaith said, a belt force officer must always be able to work under pressure, to maintain composure, and to have sound judgement and decision-making skills during times of need. He must be able to reason, to weigh the consequences, and to consider alternatives, before deciding on the most logical course of action. Without sound judgment, rationalization, and composure, situations can escalate, he added.
SHO Kaith thanked the JKBS members saying, “I really appreciate you taking the time to express that.”
