JAMMU, Nov 14:
Hockey team of the University of Jammu (JU) today left for participation in the North Zone Inter-University Hockey (Women) Tournament to be held at Punjabi University Patiala from tomorrow.
The team is accompanied by Padam Dev Singh and Tanvir Singh as coach and manager respectively.
The Team: Minakshi Khajuria (Captain), Deepika Sharma, Rakhi Sharma, Inpreet Kour, Shriya Sudan,Deepali Bakshi, Abhilove Kour, Kirti Raina, Maheeka Maini, Asma Choudhary, Rashi, Meenakshi Bala, Parvneet Kour, Nidhi Surmal and Vandana Sharma.
Earlier, the team was presented the sports kit by Director Sports, Dr. Daud Iqbal Baba in the presence of JU Table Tennis coach, Ravish Vaid.
