Panun Kashmir held a meeting of its Executive Committee to congratulate the BJP on its historic mandate under the dynamic leadership of Prime Minister Narinder Bhai Modi and also to take stock of the recent political developments and also the emerging political dynamics as a result of this massive victory.
The meeting was held under the Chairmanship of Virender Raina President Panun Kashmir and was also attended by Prof. M.L.Raina Advisor, Kamal Bagati General Secretary(Org), Upinder Kaul General Secretary, Sameer Bhat Convenor PK Youth, Ashok Chrungoo treasurer,Vimla Chrungoo secretary(DOPK),Vijay Saproo, Kalhan Kachroo Secretary PK Youth,P K Bhan, Pridman Krishan, Kundan Raina, R.L.Dhar and others.
Virender Raina while addressing the gathering expressed great satisfaction over the massive mandate received by BJP under the dynamic leadership of the Prime Minister Narinder Bhai Modi and the National President Shri Amit Shah Ji.
Virender Raina said that it’s a Renaissance moment for the country that comes but rarely in the lives of Nations when they rise exponentially to take their exalted place in the comity of nations. Such moment for India has come when a legendary leader comes to transform the lives of people from mundane to that of propelling them towards world leadership. Virender Raina said that the rise of India under the PM Modi would encompass not only the leadership in economic and militia terms but also as a nation that is at the forefront in the cutting edge technologies. A nation that is at the frontiers of science exploring the mysteries of time and space. Time is coming when India would be viewed as the moral capital of the world and the country would be granted a permanent membership of the United Nations Security Council. Under PM Modi we also envision the shifting of the United Nations Headquarters to India.
Virender Raina added that the issues related to the M forms be resolved well before the assembly elections are announced in the state so as to enable the displaced KPs to exercise their franchise in a normal manner.
Virender Raina added that Modi Jis policy that “talks and terror cannot go together” and the cessation of the LOC trade would bring Pakistan to its senses .Panun Kashmir was all along of the opinion that narcotics and fake currency was being pushed in the state to fuel session and terrorist violence.
Prof.M.LRaina Advisor while addressing the gathering said that BJPs clear, categorical and unambiguous stance that Article-370 and 35-A would be scrapped is heartwarming for the entire nation and particularly for the vast majority of the nationalist people of the state. Prof.Raina added that we congratulate Modi Ji for such clear enunciation of a matter of national importance.
Upinder Koul said that Kashmiri Pandits are the victims of genocide and ethnic cleansing in Kashmir. He added that Kashmiri Pandits are the “indigenous people”of Kashmir and have the first and the foremost right over the territory of Kashmir. A separate Homeland in Kashmir with free flow of Indian Constitution would alone meet the aspirations of 7.5 lakh displaced Kashmiri Pandits.
