Karate Training camp concludes

JAMMU, Mar 31:
The five days training camp in twin events of Kata and Kumite, organised by Amateur Karate do Association of Jammu and Kashmir, concluded here today.
Around 100 selected players from different districts of Jammu, Kashmir and Ladakh participated in the camp. While those Kata players were trained under the guidance of Shihan Amit Sangra (6th Dan KAI and Kumite), other guided by Shihan Ambedkar Gupta (6th Dan, WKF Licensed Coach).
The camp held to improve the quality of players to teach latest rules of sport and to bring uniformity of trainings in all parts of State.
During the camp, new tactics and tips was tough to improve the performance of State players at national and international level.
The other official and members of the association present during the closing were Mustafa Mir, Ajaz Ahmad Bhat, Waseem Hasan, Charan Singh, Umesh Rekhi, Rajan Jamwal, Deepa Sharma.
In the meantime, president AKAJK, Sunil Sharma wished a bright future. Rahil Gupta, Nazir Ahmad Bhat (vice president AKAJK) also congratulated the
coaches and players for the successful conduct of the camp.
