Jammu, July 10 : The massive turn out of unemployed youth of Kashmir in army recruitment rally at Baramulla is reflective of the change in their mindset as they have realized that their future lies in taking right decision for future and contribute in nation building.
This was stated by former Dy. Chief Minister Kavinder Gupta, while addressing a gathering of party activists on the occasion of ‘Membership Drive’ in Sanjay Nagar area of Satwari Mandal falling Gandhi Nagar Assembly constituency.
Kavinder Gupta said that coming out of youth in large numbers by rejecting the provocative and anti-India slogans and false promises of the separatists and Kashmir based organizations to participate in army recruitment rally in Baramulla is indeed a welcome step which will obviously fail the designs of such forces which have been misguiding the youth of the valley
Gupta said that it is the youth of Kashmir who has suffered during all these years of Pak sponsored terrorism as they were lured by false propaganda against India and its security forces but with the passage of time things have changed and the youth realized their mistake of playing into the hands of few people who themselves enjoy luxuries of life and exploit the innocent unemployed boys of Kashmir.
Taking a dig at Al Zuberi, the successor of Osama Bin Laden, Kavinder said that his attempts to provoke youth of Kashmir against India and make them to take gun against the nation will not succeed and that the present era of multiple means of communication have exposed the nefarious designs of ISIS and Pakistan based outfits and the youth want peace, progress and development instead of bloodshed and destruction.
BJP leaders Baldev Singh Billawaria, Vinay Gupta, Harbans Choudhary, Narinder Koki, Sahil Mahajan, Sat Pal Choudhary, Mohan Lal Menia, Pawan Singh, K.L. Sharma, Darshan Abrol, Jyoti Devi, Rema Slathia, Pitamber Dass, Paramjeet Singh and Shishu Singh were present on the occasion.
