On the auspicious occasion of first Navratri, Nami Dogri Sanstha (Regd.) released an album of Bhaints titled “Tere Dar Aayiaan” recorded in the emerging sweet voice of Vishakha Bhardwaj. Music of the album is composed by Sahil Lucky and is produced by Kamal Sharma, Deepak Kumar as Video Director associated with Rahul Bhardwaj and the lyrics are penned by Saranga Batalvi.
Kavinder Gupta, former Deputy Chief Minister of Jammu and Kashmir was the Chief Guest on the occasion whereas B. S. Thakur, President, Tawi Vihar Welfare Association and Sachin Sharma, CEO, Om Palace were Guests of Honour. Mahant Rajesh Sharma Bittu Ji, Chairman, Radha Madhav Trust was special invitee and Rohit Choudhary a social and RTI Activist as Special Guest. Sohail Kazmi, Veteran Journalist presided over the function.
Capt. Lalit Sharma, Convener, NDS in his opening address said that we all are lucky that holy abode of Mata Vaishno Devi Jee is situated in the heart of Duggar land. Whole India apart from persons inhabiting in foreign countries visit the holy Bhawan to seek blessings of Maa Shakti which in turn has showered prosperity and recognition to this region. He said that released audio-video album depicts the glory of Maa Shakti and exhibit deep faith of devotees towards Vaishno Mata.
Kavinder Gupta said that the pilgrimage to Vaishno Mata Shrine exhibits the national aspirations, strengthen our spiritual belief and provide and opportunity to the people from various states of the country to understand the dogra culture and its history. He congratulated the artists for their team work for producing this album.
B. S. Thakur while appreciating the local talent congratulated the artists for their creativity by way of this album. Sachin Sharma said that Music along with visuals are powerful tools to glorify the spiritual thought. Rajesh Sharma Bittu said that spiritualism plays a pivotal role in making a just and humane society.
Rohit Choudhary said that Maa Vaishno showers wisdom and fortune on her devotees and provides courage to fight evil and challenging battles of life.
Sohail Kazmi in his presidential address said that our land is land of seers, saints, faqirs and deities which infuse spirituality and sufism in our thoughts and actions which makes persons of this region humane, valiant, peaceful and benevolent. He said about one Crore devotees visit the holy shrine every year and fulfil their aspirations and carry a spirituality filled message of humanity, brotherhood and mutual love from this land. He complemented the team of artists for their divine and spiritual message.
Dogra Harish Kaila reiterated the resolve of NDS for promotion of Dogri language, its art and culture.
Prof. Anupama Sharma, Patron, Youth Wing of NDS and famous singer said that music is a strong medium to to embibe spirituality in mind and thought of a person.
Tarun Uppal a member of core group of Anna Hazare , Advocate Nidhi Kaila Choudhary, President, Youth Wing, NDS and Dr. Chanchal Sharma, Organising Secretary, NDS also expressed their views.
Yash Pal Yash, General Secretary, NDS who is a known music composer, singer and dogri lyricist, ably compered the proceedings and sought blessings of Maa Vaishno, Maa Bawe Wali, Maa Sarthal Devi and Maa Sukrala for NDS to serve the cause of Dogri language, Duggar Art and Culture. He extended vote of thanks as well.
