JAMMU, Feb 13:
The KC Handball Club and Parveen Handball Club won women and men’s titles respectively in the District Udhampur Handball Championship held under the banner of Udhampur Handball Association at Mini Stadium, Udhampur.
As per the reports reaching here, KC Handball Club defeated Jaganoo Club 3-1 in women’s final while Parveen Club trounced Udhampur Club 19-16.
In the finals and valedictory function, Principal Government Higher Secondary School Udhampur, Ved Parkash was chief guest, who gave away the prizes.
The competition held under the supervision of general secretary of the district association, Ravi Singh Jaswal.
Among others present were Vikram Slathia, Ajay Sharma, Rishi Sharma, Ajit Singh, Vikrant Balgotra, Pooja Sharma and Sourav Pandit.
