Member of Parliament Jammu – Poonch Constituency Jugal Kishore Sharma got felicitated by the delegation comprising of prominent & political leaders associated with the social organization named as “Laghu Udyog Bharti”, Jammu & Kashmir.
The delegates also submitted a complete memorandum stating their industry related genuine demands & issues.
The delegation comprising of BJP State Secretary Ajay Pargal, BJYM State Vice President Advocate Ishant Gupta, Laghu Udyog Bharti President Rajinder Gupta, General Secretary Parveen Gupta, Sudesh Gupta, Rajesh Jain, and Tarsem Gupta.
The delegates while felicitating MP Jugal Kishore, congratulated him for the superb victory with a landslide margin. They said that the industrialists of the Jammu region are very much enthusiastic and positive about the upcoming strong steps taken by the BJP government for the welfare of the trade and industry in the state as well as in whole of the Nation.
Delegates thereafter, submits a complete memorandum to MP Jugal Kishore Sharma stating the prevailing industrial scenario in the whole of the state particularly in Jammu Region and apprised him that the industrial sector in the region is presently passing through a very bad period.
They alleged that they are facing the utter neglect and anti-industrial attitude from the industrial authorities and said that this is proving detrimental for the healthy growth of the industry in the region. They said that most of incentives already provided by Central and state government stand withdrawn and slowly and gradually industries will die their own death due to the attitude as no new investment from within the state as well as outside the state is arriving, this is also proving hazardous for the creation of jobs in the region. They further added that biased approach of industry department towards sick and closed units to cancel and retrieve their industries is anti-development in the region, instead of lending a helping hand and supporting attitude, the department is hell bent to destroy the industry. The delegates requested him to intervene personally and save the industries from dying and must take certain measures to save existing industry and promote new industrial investments.
MP Jugal Kishore Sharma heard the delegation very patiently and said that Prime Minister Narendra Modi is himself putting his best efforts and working for the growth of industrial sector in the country for which he already push various schemes like “Make in India”, “Mudra Yojana”, “MSME Schemes”, “59 minutes loan” and many more. He assured them that all the necessary steps will be taken to ensure the smooth run of industries in the state.
He also said that he will personally take up the matter at highest level at the Centre, so as to facilitate opening up of new avenues for the growth of industrial set up in the state as this is one of the most important sectors in the society for the creation of jobs and promoting growth and modernization in the world and also assured that he will soon going to fix a meeting with Union Minister for Finance and Union Minister for Industry & Commerce so as to apprise them about the demands and the present scenario in the whole of the state particularly in Jammu Region for the prompt and early redressal of the demands of industrialists of Jammu &Kashmir.
