The Election of BBIA for the term 2019-21 was held on 25-05-2019 at BBIA Bhawan under the Election Commissioners Sh. Sudhir Kumar, Sh. Taranjit Singh Sahni, Sh. Ram Langer, Sh. S.S. Wazir &. Sh.Vinod Jamwal. The total votes casted in the Election were 210 out of 232 Eligible Voters.
Sh. Lalit Mahajan was elected President for term 2019-21 by scoring 189 Votes defeating Sh. Rakesh Bhat who scored 18 votes, 3 vote were invalid , Sh. Tarun Singla was elected Sr. Vice President by scoring 170 votes defeating Sh. Parvinder Singh Jaggi who scored 32 Votes, 8 votes were invalid.
The Candidates which were elected unopposed were Sh. Ajay Langer Vice President, Sh. Viraaj Malhotra General Secretary, Sh. Rajeah Jain Secretary and Sh. Vivek Singhal Treasurer.
The Election was conducted in peaceful & cordial atmosphere.
