Special guest lecture in subject of exercise physiology was organised at Jammu College of Physiotherapy .Topic of this lecture was Training the Muscles and CVS and speaker on the occasion was Dr Mritunjay ,Professor Dept of Physiology GMC Jammu .
The focus of the lecture was to enable the faculty and students of the college to understand the newer aspects of exercise physiology with respect to training of an athlete and to make students aware of various minute details and their physiological basis important for training a sports person for their cardio respiratory system .
Also present on the occasion were principal of the college Dr Navinderpal Singh ,Heads of various departments and Faculty member. Later in his address Principal extended his gratitude towards the Dr Mritunjay for having accepted the invitation to deliver such a knowledgeable lecture and also thanked the management specially Mrs. Suman Sharma Chairperson of the college for supporting such activities.
