From a reality show judge to an entrepreneur to a fitness diva, Malaika Arora dons several hats. While she is loved by the paps, Malaika’s active social media handles also adds to her stardom. Starting off as a dancer, the diva now owns several lavish properties in the city of dreams Mumbai and she recently made headlines for her much loved Bandra apartment. Reports now reveal that Arora has rented out this plush flat to the costume designer Kashish Hans in a lucrative deal of approximately Rs.1.50 Lakhs per month. As per the documents on Zapkey, the apartment, situated in Pali Hill area of Bandra West, has been leased out for an impressive sum of Rs 1.57 lakh per month for a duration of three years. Another Hindustan Times report suggest that the rental agreement, registered on April 29, 2024, also includes a provision for a 5% annual increase in rent. While the initial rent stands at Rs 1.50 lakh per month for the first year, it will be rising to Rs 1.57 lakh and Rs 1.65 lakh for the subsequent two years. It also indicates that the tenant has paid a security deposit of Rs 4.5 lakh.On the work front, Malaika Arora, who is busy with her fitness studio and other entrepreneurial ventures, also shoots for reality shows. She was recently the co-judge of the dancing reality show India’s Best Dancer, and also appeared on her son Arhaan Khan’s podcast Dumb Biryani, along with making cameos in the popular show Fabulous Lives of Bollywood Wives. She is also expected to join hands with her BFF Kareena Kapoor Khan, Karan Johar, and actor Pratik Gandhi for the reality show Star vs Food.
