In order to rejuvenate the rich Dogra cultural heritage and Dogri Language ” ‘Khand Mithey Log Dogre’ Manch has been working exceptionally almost for The last three years which has been producing results on ground as of know youth of Jammu have been participating anxiously in the activities of the Manch.
In this regard today a Dogri Seminar was organised at Press Club Jammu in presence of Ex-MLA Balwant Singh Mankotia, Chairman Team Jammu Zorawar Singh Jamwal, President Bar association Jammu BS Slathia,Secretary CCI Gourav Gupta and organisers Of KMLD Manch Arun Slan and Himanshu Jaihind.
Most of the speakers who spoke on the occasion urged upon youth to be united and interested for the upliftment of Dogra Culture and Promoting it once again on large scale so as to retain its dignity once again. While in the Seminar Everyone was seen in Traditional Dogra Turban tied by Manish Singh Jamwal from Kachi Chawni Jammu for which he was adjudged with ”Shaan-E-Duggar” Award as youngest Turban tier in the event
Expressing his delight Mr. Manish Singh Jamwal said that i am feeling proud to be part of “The Great Dogra Culture” embedded in our Blood, since time immoral , which should be carry forwarded by the people who are Dogras by Birth.
He also expressed his sincere thanks to the “Khand Mithey Lok Dogrey Manch” who convened such a kind seminar and dedicated it to His Excellencey The great Grand Maharaja Of Jammu and Kashmir Maharaja Hari Singh Ji, and hoped that more youth should come forward in this regard to make this initiative more successful.
