Mannara Chopra’s journey on Bigg Boss was quite a ride, landing her in the finals. During her time there, she didn’t mention her sisters, Priyanka Chopra and Parineeti Chopra. In a recent chat, Mannara explained why she kept mum about them and shared her admiration for her sister Priyanka’s success. She said during a chat with Siddharth Kannan that if she mentioned her family, people might have accused her of nepotism.“If I would take my family’s name, they would have called me a nepo kid. They would have said that I don’t have a personality,” she said. When Mannara was a teenager, her cousin sister Priyanka Chopra won the Miss India title. Talking about how Priyanka’s journey impacted her, Mannara said, “She had a strong impact on all the cousins. She has always projected herself as a strong and independent woman. I looked up to her while growing up because I noticed how she could buy things on her own. She could stay in the best of the places, do whatever she wants, and rule the world according to her terms. That was something I imbibed from her. That was something that got inside me.”
