Mohammed Haneef, the bereaving father of martyred Indian Army jawan Aurangzeb has been inconsolable and angry after his son’s killing by terrorists. In a fresh video, an emotional Haneef is heard asking, “Kashmir mein Pakistan ka jhanda kyun lagta hai, hamaara jhanda kyun nahi lagta (Why is Pakistan flag seen in Kashmir, why not the Indian tricolour)?”
Haneef is further heard saying that his son laid his life down for the nation and he himself and his other sons were also ready to sacrifice their lives for the country. An army man is even as Aurangzeb’s father Mohammed Haneef mourned the “sacrifice of his son for the nation”, he said that people should not stop sending the children to the Army. Haneef, who is himself an ex-serviceman, said, “My son has died but if all people stop sending their children to the Army, then who will fight for the nation?”
Speaking to the media before Aurangzeb’s last rites on Saturday, Haneef said, “My son has abided by his pledge, he has kept his promise. He sacrificed himself for the nation and came back to me. I request the central and state gov

On Friday, a video of Aurangzeb Khan was released by terrorists before they shot him dead. In the video, terrorists are first heard asking the Army jawan his name, his father’s name and they then go on to ask him about the encounters that he had been part of.
