On this ocassion Sh. Chander Mohan Gupta , Mayor JMC was the chief guest while Dr.Aziz Hajini , presided over.
Dr. Agnishekher a noted literary cultural activist and Sh.Sanjay saraf president national youth wing and spokesperson lok Jan shakti party .
Sh.kamal sharma president Samooh Theatre and MS Anita Chandpuri president women wing Samooh Theatre also shared the dias .
A 10 minutes creative and innovative documentary on life and work of Rakesh Roshan Bhat was screened which mesmerized to all.

Dr.Hajini in his address said his contribution to the kashmiri literature in the shape of writing plays deserve applauded.
