All Jammu and Kashmir MGNREGA Employees Association under the president-ship of Sandeep Kalootra who informed the press for the early demand for the implementation of their frame job policy and they also highlighted about annual performance report and condemned such type of circular order. This was disclosed that the worthy Ex-Commissioner Secretary, farooq Shekh issued a circular of auto renewal contract of all MGNEREGA employees after compulsion of every year. But few days ago again another circular by the new secretary to government of RDD Sheetal Nanda a fresh annual performance report. He accused government of anguishing, the workers of said association are not given them free hand to work even the employees of MGNEREGA are being compelled to work in different schemes. He also demanded limitation of job policy with equal pay for equal job and their future has been spoiled as the government has not framed any policy on their regularization and callousness attitude of government to force us to start strike.
