In the wake of the recent fire incident in Phalian Mandal area of Marh Assembly Constituency, MLA Surinder Kumar today conducted an inspection of the affected wheat crops. During the inspection, the MLA closely understood the problems faced by the farmers and assured them of prompt and adequate compensation. The inspection was attended by officials including SDM Manu Hansa, Tehsildar Vivek Chander, Patwari and officials from the Agriculture Department, along with a large number of farmers.
The MLA directed the officials to prepare a list of affected farmers and initiate the compensation process at the earliest, ensuring relief to the farmers. Surinder emphasized that protecting the interests of farmers is the topmost priority, and the administration stands with them in this hour of crisis.The MLA assured the farmers that the administration will work towards providing them with prompt relief and compensation for the losses incurred due to the fire incident. The farmers were assured that their grievances would be addressed in a timely manner.
