Yudhvir Sethi, senior BJP leader and MLA Jammu East today inaugurated a blood donation camp at Geeta Bhawan, Parade in response to the present security situation following Operation Sindoor, which was launched after the tragic Pahalgam terror attack that took the lives of 26 innocent tourists.
The camp was organized to bolster emergency preparedness in light of heightened border tensions and to support the medical infrastructure in Jammu. A large number of party workers and volunteers participated in the drive, showing solidarity with the nation.
Addressing the gathering, Yudhvir Sethi said, “This is a time when every citizen must rise to support the nation and stand firmly with the Union Government.
Our brave soldiers are defending the borders with unmatched courage, and it is our duty to contribute in every way possible—from donating blood to helping each other in times of need.”
He emphasized that such initiatives not only help prepare for any emergency but also reflect the unity and resilience of the people of Jammu in the face of adversity.

He appealed to the people to come forward and donate blood, emphasizing the need to stay prepared in view of any emergency.
Gupta also appreciated the efforts of medical staff and volunteers, and assured that BJP stands committed to extending all possible help to the people and to the administration in these testing times.
