Modi Govt transformed rural landscape of J&K: Bharat Bhushan

In a significant move to improve rural infrastructure, DDC Chairman Bharat Bhushan along with MLA Marh Surinder Kumar and DDC member Balbir Kumar today inaugurated the blacktopping work on the road stretching from Main Road Jaswan to Village Paryal. The project, funded under the City Town Plan, is estimated to cost Rs 16 lakhs and aims to provide better connectivity to the residents of these areas.
The event was graced by the presence of senior BJP leader and Mandal President Vikramjeet Singh, former Sarpanches Narinder Singh, Prem Singh, Swarn Singh, Davinder Singh Jamwal, Gulshan Sharma, Rajinder Singh, Ch Tilak Raj, former Panchs Mulkh Raj and Rashpal Singh, Bubnesh Mehta, General Secretary BJP Kissan Morcha, Jammu District, also attended the inauguration.
Speaking on the occasion, the DDC Chairman Bharat Bhushan expressed his commitment to the development of rural areas. He emphasized, “The Modi Government has always prioritized rural development, ensuring that essential infrastructure like roads, water supply, and electricity reach every village. The blacktopping work we initiated today is a step towards better connectivity and convenience for the residents of Jaswan and Paryal.”
He further praised the efforts of the Modi Government in launching various schemes aimed at boosting rural infrastructure, stating, “The Central Government under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi has been instrumental in transforming the rural landscape by providing substantial support to developmental projects.
We are committed to continuing this momentum and ensuring that every village in Marh constituency benefits from such initiatives.”
Following the road work inauguration, Bharat Bhu shan and Surinder Kumar also inaugurated a Procurement Centre at Mandi in Marh constituency. This centre is expected to assist farmers by providing them with a dedicated platform to sell their produce, thus ensuring fair prices and better market accessibility.
