Youth Congress expressed outrage over the price hike of LPG gas and petrol and diesel in the country. National President of Indian Youth Congress Srinivas BV ji has blamed the Modi government of the Center for the inflation and accused of promoting capitalism.
In a statement issued today, Srinivas said that cooking gas cylinder has become expensive by Rs 50. After Modi government’s budget, within 11 days the price on gas has increased by Rs 75. He said that to benefit his Corporate friends, the Modi government is openly doing robbery on the pockets of the common people. Due to LPG gas being expensive, the common man is suffering and the government is watching silently. He said that those who have given the slogan of ‘Bahut Hui Mehngai Ki Maar, Ab Ki Baar Modi Sarkar’, are now looting the pockets of middle class and poor people to benefit the capitalists.
Srinivas said that the Modi government is continuously looting every section of the country by increasing the price of petrol and diesel. Every class including farmers, youth, businessmen and labourers are upset due to increase in petrol and diesel rates. He said that the price of crude oil was expensive in the Congress government, even then the common man used to get petrol and diesel at a lower rate, but today crude oil is cheaper, even then the Modi government is robbing the common man to benefit his capitalist friends.
Srinivas BV said that if these were the good days of the Modi government, then the country does not want such good days, the Modi government should return to the old days. He also said that the common man will take account of the loot going on in the Modi government.
The President of the Youth Congress said that till yesterday, BJP leaders who used to shout inflation, today are silent because of fear of Modi-Shah. He said that the Modi government is an anti-people government, and they will have to take back these price hikes.
