Hrithik Roshan and Sanjay Leela Bhansali impressed everyone when they collaborated on the big screens for ‘Guzaarish’. Now recent reports suggest that after 8 years Hrithik might collaborate with Bhansali for his next project, which is a period drama.
As per a report in a publication, Sanjay Leela Bhansali had a two-hour meeting with Hrithik Roshan for the same project. The film is tentatively titled ‘Prince’.
Recently ‘Sonu Ke Titu Ki Sweety’ actor Kartik Aaryan had also expressed his desire of working with SLB in a movie. Kartik was even spotted outside Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s office. However, there is no confirmation of the two collaborating for a project.
Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s last film, ‘Padmaavat’, starring Deepika Padukone, Shahid Kapoor, and Ranveer Singh was also a huge hit at the box office.
On the work front, Hrithik Roshan is currently shooting for the upcoming biopic on mathematician Anand Kumar, titled ‘Super 30’. The film is slated to hit the screens on January 25, 2019. Apart from this, Hrithik is also lined up with ‘Krrish 4’ which is scheduled to release in 2020.Sushant Singh Rajput has his hands full with some really interesting projects. While he has Tarun Mansukhani’s action comedy ‘Drive’ opposite Jacqueline Fernandez, ‘Son Chiriya’ and Abhishek Kapoor’s ‘Kedarnath’ among a few other films lined up, the latest news is that the actor has bagged yet another project. The actor has reportedly locked dates for an untitled film directed by Mukesh Chhabra for two months.
The yet to be titled film is touted to be a student drama with a social message. The film speaks about success and failure and taking things in our stride.
According to reports, Sushant and Nitesh Tiwari have been discussing the film for quite some time now. And if the reports are anything to go by, the makers are yet to zero down on the leading lady, who plays the student in the film.If reports are to be believed, then Shah Rukh Khan has been roped in to star in the Hindi remake of R Madhavan’s ‘Vikram Vedha’. However, it’s not easy to woo over the Badshah of Bollywood. Reports suggest that SRK had put forward two conditions for him to accept the project. Condition one is that R Madhavan will play his role even in the remake and that he reprises the part of Vijay Sethupathi; the other one is that Neeraj Pandey will not only produce but also direct the film.
The original director duo, Pushkar and Gayatri were supposedly retained for the remake too. However, with SRK’s conditions, the scenario might change. Let’s wait and watch.
