National Human Rights (Social Justice Council) State Unit J&K organizing a Press Conference today regarding Celebrating the International Labour Day for their implementation of Labour Laws and their Rehabilitation Policy and other burning issues related with Farmers Private Sector Workers. On this occasion of Sh. Anil Padha Chief Secretary General NHR(SJC) in his welcome address appealed the general public for restoration of dignity of labour and appreciated the initiative of the Govt. of India for the skill development programmes & Health Insurance facilities launched by the Modi Government. Sh. Chander Mohan Gupta Hon’ble Mayor JMC, Jammu was the Chief Guest, who appreciate the activities of NHR(SJC) JK Unit for raising the National Human Rights issues & assured full shall be extended to resolve any issues pertaining to the labour class. Smt. Purnima Sharma Hon’ble Dy. Mayor JMC, Jammu who was the Guest of Honour, emphasized on the dignity of labour & lauded the efforts of NHR (SJC) JK Unit. Sh. M.I. Zargar Chief Executive Director NHR(SJC) J&K while addressing the gathering highlighted the significance of labour class & demand better health care facilities for their families. On this occasion Sh. Chander Mohan Gupta Hon’ble Mayor JMC, Smt. Purnima Sharma Hon’ble Deputy Mayor JMC, Sh. Sham Lal Basson Hon’ble Corporate JMC, Smt. Shehzadi Gill President Sanitary Supervisors. Employees Union JMC will be honoured with George Fernandes Memorial Award.
