Non-Gazated Police Pensioners Welfare Forum(NGPPWF) held a protest here on Thursday to press their demand under the leadership of Ajit Singh.
While addressing Ajit Singh alleged government for discrimination with them in connection of Pay Anomaly. Various pay anomaly committee have been formed and they have given their opinions and approvals from time to time.
He further added that finance department sought clarification from the DGP regarding the pay anomalies to retired ASIs and H/Cs.
The office of the DGP infirmed about the amount Rs,5,93,25000.00/-vide office letter no.Est-G-21/2014/10/03/14-15, dated-17-02-2016 addressed to Principal Secretary ,Home, Jammu.
It is appealed to DGP that permission may granted retirees who waits from long time.
Others who were present included Sukhdev Singh, Mohd. Shafi, Hari Singh, Karnail Singh, Mohinder Singh, Uttam Singh, Ashok Kumar, Kuldip Singh, Sham Sunder, Karan Singh, Kamal Verma, Diwan Singh, Hardev Singh, Hind Paul, Hoshnak Chand, Ram Lal and Jaswant Singh.
