National Incredible Literacy Mission ,Jammu organized school level painting competition to aware school children about the importance of our environmental and natural resources. Students of St. Xavier Convent School Jammu, Barnai , Jammu took part in this painting competition . This competition was organized by NILM NGO to aware the school children about green wealth and need of conservation of forest ,water and other need full environment resources. “This year hundreds of students actively participated in this competition and has evaluated their approach for environment and water conservation through painting” R SThakur Project Director NILM stated. During the painting competition Mridhu Padha Vice Principal of St. Xavier Convent School Jammu remain present during the event. School teachers including Sonika Jamwal ,Ankita Sharma and Archna Sharma along with Neeraj Bali Field Officer of NILM actively participated in the painting competition. At end of painting competition certificates were distributed among the participants by the NILM NGO . Rakeshwar Singh Project Director NILM said , “This type of competitions are specially designed by our NGO to make a positive attitude among the children to love their surrounding and environment .” He further added that students are passionately participating in the competition. This way they are getting aware with inner talent as well as the students develop environment friendly attitude in them.
