Actor Nora Fatehi has come far ahead from where she started. She is not just a reality TV show dancer anymore but has also fetched herself many important roles in big upcoming films. Nora, however, dealt with a heart-break earlier last year when her then-boyfriend got married to another actor. Even though Nora never officially accepted it, the grapevine was always abuzz with the news of her dating actor Angad Bedi. He tied the knot with Neha Dhupia in a hush-hush wedding ceremony last year that reportedly left Nora heartbroken. So much so that she lost her pace in career for a while.
The actor opened up on the same phase in her latest interview. Nora was present on chat show By Invite Only where she revealed that she realised she had lost her focus when she was called to audition for a role in Salman Khan‘s Bharat. Nora is now an important part of the Ali Abaas Zafar-directorial but back then, the actor was dealing with a tough time. In her conversation, she recalled that she sat on the bench and started crying wondering about her lost ‘drive and ambition.’ She said, “I lost the drive for two months. After the experience I went through in 2018… after you go down, you only go up, there is no other way.”
Nora stated that her breakup actually helped her reignite her lost fire and she doesn’t regret it. The actor, who is popular for her performance in Dilbar song from John Abraham’s film Satyameva Jayate, added that she knew every woman has to deal with some kind of heartbreak in her life once but it turned out to be an unexpected experience for her. She said, “When that breakup happened I got that fire again and I was like let’s go! I am passionate again, I want to work, I want to make my mark, I want to prove everybody wrong.”
Angad Bedi is now happily married to Neha Dhupia and the couple also has an adorable daughter named Mehr Dhupia Bedi.
