A massive Voters’ Day was organized by the Election Commission of India at Zorawar Auditorium, Manekshaw Centre, Delhi Cantt which was addressed by President of India, Shri Ramnath Kovind. All national and state recognized parties were invited. J&K National Panthers Party also participated. The National Panthers Party was represented by Prof.Bhim Singh, Mr. Rajiv Jolly Khosla and Anil Sharma. Shri Ravi Shanker Prasad, the Union Minister for Law & Justice also participated. The President of India offered voters’ cards to the new voters who have attained the age of 18 years and were entitled to vote having completed the age of 18 years. The Election Commissioner of India, Shri Sunil Arora presided over a historic function and the President of India was the Chief Guest.
The President of India, Shri Ramnath Kovind personally welcomed Prof.Bhim Singh congratulating for keeping the Indian Flag high in J&K.
