NPP resents ignorance of Poonch in Prime Minister’s address

Today, while interacting with media persons State Secretary of Jammu and Kashmir National Panthers Party, S. Zorawar Singh Shahbaz talking over the rally of Prime Minister of India, Shri Narendra Modi and said that during his visit to Jammu & Kashmir Prime Minister Modi fully ignored district Poonch which is also a part of Riyasat Jammu and Kashmir.
Mr. Zorawar said that this Poonch was self-determined before 1947 and after the partition of nation due to some leaders more than half of the Poonch sectioned and made POK. After the Independence of 72 years. No one gave interest towards the development of Poonch. He questioned to PM that who will take care of the Poonch?
He said that Panthers Party always raises the issues of Medical College which is immensely needed by the people of Poonch. There is also a big need of Aurvedic College for the youth in Poonch. Due to these colleges many people have chances to get education in medical fields.
He said that the prior leadership is failed to raise the voice of Poonch’s people which they will face in the upcoming elections.
Among others who were prominently present State Secretary, Shanker Singh Chib, Baldev Singh, Office Secretary, Dilawar Khan & Abdul Ahad Wani.
