In order to register resentment towards unrealistic approach of Controller of Examination, Cluster University Jammu, a strong continent of students under the banner of National Secular Forum today held protest demonstration holding the Controller wing of university for creating chaos and confusion amongst students while fixing examination dates.
Addressing the protestors, District President NSF, Anshu Sharma said that examination papers for B. A/B.Sc/B.Com private first semester and semester third regular B. A/B.Sc/B.Com has been scheduled for starting simultaneously which has created rumpus and resentment amongst the concerned students.
Anshu said that only one holiday is coming in between the papers of private first semester and regular third semester and added that despite assurance given by Controller and Dean four days ago, nothing concrete has been done to address the issue.
He demanded that date’s sheet be rescheduled in a manner in which at least three holidays should fall in between these papers of both semesters failing which students shall be constrained to intensify the efforts to come one the road to seek justice. Among those who were present in the protest included Surjeet Kumar, Deepak Baloria , Abhishek Verma, Ridham Sharma, Salman Syed, Vicky Thakur and Amit Sharma, Vikas Kumar, and others.
