Secretary, Royal Springs Golf Course, Nuzhat Gul has been made new Secretary Sports Council after shifting KAS officer, Naseem Javid Choudhary.Naseem has been posed as Director Tourism Jammu. Nuzhat was also holding additional charge of Managing Director-cum-chief Executive Officer Golf Development and Management Authority and Kashmir Golf Club.Director Tourism Jammu, Raj Kumar Katoch has been posted as Secretary, J&K Public Service Commission in place of Rajesh Sharma, who has been made Custodian General, J&K. With a degree in horticulture and landscape, and specialisation in turf management from the University of Massachusetts, Nuzhat Gul, Nuzhat, 38, started his career as turf manager at the 18-hole Royal Springs Golf Course (RSGC) in Srinagar.
